Down To Earth, Friendly, Kind Trainer

Finally working up the courage to call Lisa from PT to You was one of the best moves I ever made. My initial fears of having a sergeant major type trainer going, tut tut tut, at the weight I had gained over the past 15 or more years were completely dismissed after our first meeting!

I found Lisa to be the most down to earth, friendly and kind trainer, who kept me motivated even when I was feeling disheartened with my progress (on the food side of things!). She was encouraging but not pushy, and shared her knowledge with me without being overbearing or smug.

Lisa kept up to date with her training techniques and advice, and her bright smile and brilliant sense of humour made training with her a highlight of my week.
