What is Small Group Training?
My Small Group Training Classes are specifically tailored to women aged 40+.
Small group training or semi-private personal training, describes a group of individuals who train together under the supervision of a Personal Trainer. Groups are usually limited to around 4-6 people.
One of the biggest draw cards is that you get many of the same benefits of personal training, at a fraction of the cost. Everyone receives personal attention from the coach. Far more than you would in a standard group fitness class, which can have up to 30 (or even more!) participants.
There is also more room for an individualised approach. While there is often a component of the workout that’s completed with other people in the group, programs are often tailored to individual goals. This differs from a group fitness class where all participants are following the same workout or choreography.
The other great thing about small group personal training is that there’s more of a community vibe. It’s great to be working out with like-minded individuals with goals that are similar to yours. You can support each other and feel as though you’re part of a community!
Classes are $27 and run in 10 week blocks (school terms). Places are limited, so if you’d like to know more about Small Group Training and want to secure your spot in my next block, please get in touch !
