I found the PT to YOU app easy to use. I loved that I can sync it with other fitness apps to help track food. The exercise videos are easy to follow, reading up on nutritional benefits of different foods in the meal plan section and seeing my weekly exercise plan at a glance in the calendar feature. But my favourite feature of all would have to be the ability to enter my weekly stats and see my progress on a graph with 1 touch.

Lisa began as my PT at a time in my life when I knew that some changes were required to make me stronger and healthier. Having her come to my home meant there were no excuses I could use for not exercising. The variety of workouts were great, but the knowledge about nutrition that Lisa shared with me was the real turning point. I have been doing Lisa’s online workout program for the last 18 months. Lisa is a fantastic trainer who is very supportive, motivating and very accommodating too. Lisa tailors my workouts to suit my busy lifestyle and I love that the program gives me the flexibility to complete my workouts at a time and place that suits me.
